
Chris runs the strategy & product practice for the customer experience & commerce team at Merkle. His team’s role is to reimagine digital and retail commerce solutions that cross physical and digital boundaries; ensuring the experiences we create inspire consumers and elevate what those experiences mean to our clients. He’s both a strategist and leader with a history of launching innovative products and services that drive measurable business results across multiple verticals. Chris has deep commerce experience, a consumer centric approach and a passion for driving value creating innovation.
