As Vice President of Strategy, Carolyn is responsible for conducting research projects, developing strategic insights, facilitating ideation sessions and workshops for brand and digital programs, developing campaign strategy, developing customer journey maps and personas, developing content programs and working with agency teams to develop campaign strategies and tactics that resonate with customers using both traditional and digital channels. Her new focus is ABX, an area that brings everything together for the ultimate buyer experience.
Early on in Carolyn’s career, she worked with Thoughtware Inc., a pioneer in using digital technology to create interactive learning and integrated support systems for early Macs and PCs. The job at Thoughtware led Carolyn to realize that she thrives as a strategic planner and consultant. Her strong sense of curiosity, superb listening skills, solid facilitation acumen and the innate ability to distill complex ideas into simple messages were crucial to her role. As she says, “I’m always at my best when working with the unknown. I enjoy taking all the pieces of the puzzle and putting them together.”
Carolyn has developed brand and marketing strategies and programs in an array of industries including the industrial space, information technology, financial services, healthcare and more.
