Prior to joining Merkle, Blake was an Operations Support Analyst at Dillard’s Inc., he ensured integrity of the data systems, conducted research, investigated workflows, business procedures, and recommend changes. Prior to that, Blake was a Technical Specialist at Apple Inc., where he excelled in problem solving difficult issues leading clients to a successful experience.
