
Anna Zamurujeva will return from maternity leave to our Canadian leadership team in September 2021 to lead Merkle Canada’s CX Consulting practice. Prior to joining Merkle, Anna worked in various consumer research positions at organizations such as LoyaltyOne and Hotspex.
Anna has always had a passion for understanding human behavior; and she fell in love with research in her Sociology undergraduate degree at Ryerson University. She then moved into her post-graduate education at Georgian College in the Research Analyst program.
Anna is an experienced CX researcher with a demonstrated history of working in the marketing and advertising industry. She’s skilled in innovative Market Research techniques, Content Marketing, and Marketing Strategy.
