
Simran's introduction to digital marketing was through working with children's book publishers in 2018, while undertaking her degree in English Literature from University College London. She joined Merkle in 2020 after her graduation to specialise in SEO. She now works on clients from healthcare charities to large financial services companies, across both content and technical projects. Through her SEO and cross-channel work, Simran is specialising in the retail vertical and applying this research to her e-commerce brands.
