Jane Wright

SVP, HR Lead, EMEA

Jane has more than 15 years’ experience in human resources following a career in client management. In her Merkle EMEA role, Jane oversees the HR function across the rapidly expanding region. The integration of the recently acquired companies along with organic growth has seen the company increase across EMEA from just 20 employees in 2015 to almost 2,200 in 20 offices today.

As part of the leadership team, Jane is responsible for establishing a people framework that supports the integration process, driving cultural change and a transformation programme to support the growth strategy and establishing consistent people-related practices to enable a positive employee experience.

She and her team manage recruitment, onboarding, coaching and development, reward and recognition programmes and champion all employee engagement initiatives that help create a stimulating and rewarding working environment in support of Merkle’s goal to build a great company where the best people in the industry will want to work.

Jane joined the Merkle team as part of the Comet Global Consulting acquisition in 2016, bringing with her a wealth of experience.  She started her career at Acxiom and held a number of senior roles there before joining Comet as HR Director.
