Simran joined Merkle in 2020 after her graduation in English Literature from UCL, initially as part of the SEO team. In 2021, she moved across to the Digital Experience team to focus on DX Strategy. Within her current role, Simran works with a range of clients across various industries, including retail and FMCG. She is also heavily involved with DEI within Merkle, as part of the Interfaith Pillar.
