Liyah comes from a Psychology background having completed an BSc undergraduate degree at the University of Birmingham in 2018. Following this, Liyah completed a master's degree in Marketing for the Creative Industries at the University of Leicester, with a dissertation based on predictive modelling analysis surrounding whether social inclusion, community involvement and openness to change predicted sustainable clothing consumption. She has held the role of social media manager and content creator at the British Science Association in Leicester, where she coordinated the social media strategy.
She has now specialised in the field on SEO, having joined Merkle in October 2019. Her work at Merkle focuses on a regulated FMCG client across several international markets, specialising in technical and local requests.
