
Danelle Faust is a Vice President and Client Partner at Merkle and has over 20 years of experience in financial services and direct marketing. She became part of Merkle through the New Control acquisition (2014), where she was the third employee at the agency, served as a Senior Vice President and Group Account Director and was one of five partners. During her 17-year tenure at New Control, Danelle was responsible for driving marketing strategies and solutions for the agency’s largest clients, including Visa, Chase/Southwest Airlines, Chase/Hyatt Hotels, PNC Bank, and Pella.
In 2015, Danelle joined Merkle’s Vertical Markets Group to serve as a Client Partner in the agency’s Financial Services and Wealth Management practices. Through 2017, she led key client relationships for Visa and Nationwide Financial. In 2018, Danelle moved entirely into the Financial Services vertical and serves as the West Coast client lead. Her passion is helping her clients solve complex marketing challenges by tapping into the power of Merkle’s performance marketing suite of capabilities.
Danelle holds a BBA in International Business from the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia and an MBA focused in marketing from the D’Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University. She’s a member of the Terry College Alumni Board, serves as an alumni advisor to the UGA Georgettes and is the Merkle Chicago office Women in Leadership Co-Community Leader. Danelle lives in the suburbs of Chicago with her husband Jeremy, daughter Abby and son Alex.
