Charlie leads Talent Development across Agency Services at Merkle EMEA. With a background in Paid Search, she now works in the Internal Excellence team to drive the personal development of more than 300 Merklers through training, coaching, e-learning and more.
As a qualified teacher with five years of classroom experience, Charlie loves supporting people in harnessing their full potential. She firmly believes that learning is the only way that people and organisations grow and is committed to empowering Merklers to take charge of their own development journeys. Currently involved in multiple projects, one of Charlie’s focuses for 2020-21 is investing in trainers through a series of workshops, observations and reflection exercises, thereby strengthening the link between quality learning and best-in-class client service.
