
Ajay is a seasoned entrepreneur and marketing and digital strategy executive with extensive experience in consumer and small business, high-tech, and ecommerce industries. He is a thought leader in predictive and omnichannel marketing, digital transformation and customer analytics. Prior to joining Merkle, Ajay founded a digital commerce company that pioneered real-time data-driven marketing within the consumer electronics industry in addition to spending 14 years working within management consulting and technology industries. Ajay holds an MBA with Honors from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
