We are looking for a full time HR Data Analyst to join the team in Brno, Czech Republic, in a hybrid workplace. This role reports to our Global HR Data and Service Delivery Lead.

Job Description

As HR Data Analyst, you will support the HR Teams in driving Data Accuracy and Maintenance efforts. You will ensure that the HR Operations leaders stay informed on Workday HR Data Quality queries, issues, and concerns for their regions.

You will partner with the HR Operations lead in building targeted remediation plans to guide the data corrections and fixes. You will deep dive into the Data to identify data error trends and themes, where there are data inaccuracies to help investigate cause. You will help support the regions to understand which processes and efforts need refining to ensure HR Data accuracy.

You will support the Enterprise Data Management team on ensuring Workday data readiness for the financial data enhancements such as Destination Company. You will also partner with the Business Insights and People Analytics team supporting the People Aggregator roll-out and upkeep/maintenance efforts. You will help build and manage automated quality review to be added to our Workday Data Quality Dashboard and reporting.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with:

  • Excellent English language skills (Czech is not required)
  • At least intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel (for example, experience with pivot tables)
  • Working knowledge of Workday, or other HRIS systems, and database management systems
  • Knowledge of HR analytics reporting best practices.
  • Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, to resolve data issues and any other barriers to progress
  • Excellent research and analytical skills to analyze collected data
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and priority changes in a fast-paced environment
