
Peter has over 20 years of strategy, marketing, and CRM consulting experience in retail, financial services, consumer products, and healthcare. His areas of expertise include marketing strategy, innovation, and change management around the sales and marketing functions. In recent years, he has worked extensively helping companies to realign their organizational and cross-functional processes to become more efficient and customer-centric and then advising them on how to implement those changes in the organization.
Peter began his career in brand management at Kraft and Black & Decker. He then worked for Accenture in their strategy and consumer marketing practice, working for clients including Sears Canada and Pepsico. After Accenture, he joined DDB Advertising’s CRM group where he was the client lead for Lowes Home Improvement, running all of their direct marketing programs and then as the SVP Global CRM lead for ExxonMobil retail – overseeing all CRM and loyalty programs for retail fuel operations worldwide, leading a global team of CRM professionals. More recently, he worked for IRI, where he created and led their change management practice and Digitas, where he was SVP of mobile strategy.
Peter received his undergraduate degree in marketing from the McIntire School at the University of Virginia and a MBA in Finance from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, where he was a top-ranked instructor in the undergraduate marketing program.
