Bonnie brings over 25 years of industry experience to her role as a Strategy Director in the Wealth Management group at Merkle. She specializes in insight-driven customer development strategies that target opportunity, increase customer value, and drive profitable growth.
Before her five years with Merkle, Bonnie was with Fidelity Investments where she held various VP roles in marketing and distribution organizations including segment management, direct marketing and analytics, CRM program management, customer service, and technology. Her work included the development of a customer segmentation strategy and integrated cross-channel direct marketing programs to target short and long term development opportunities among mass market and mass affluent customers, and the application of analytics to prioritize opportunity in HNW books of business.
Since joining Merkle, she has worked to implement Merkle’s customer-centric approach and integrated performance marketing strategies with clients. She worked with a top 20 US retirement plans provider to develop a comprehensive participant engagement and retention program addressing customer needs across life stages, from young savers to multi-goal mid-career savers to those transitioning and living in retirement. Her past experience working in marketing, customer service, call centers, operations, and systems allows her to bring a unique, holistic approach to creating an effective and integrated consumer experience.
Prior to Fidelity, Bonnie was with American Express in the division which later became Ameriprise. She received her Marketing and Management degree from the University of Wisconsin at Madison and her MBA from Boston University.
