As Vice President of Retail Technology Solutions, Andy Cossette is responsible for helping our retail clients leverage CRM technology to advance business priorities.
Andy is an industry veteran with over a decade of experience in CRM database technologies. He has led database deployments for over retail 40 clients and provides key direction to the retail products and services Merkle provides.
Prior to joining Merkle in 2009, Andy was the president of CMS Direct, a marketing services company providing database hosting and direct to consumer messaging services. Prior to CMS Direct, Andy started his career with Accenture and advanced to Associate Partner.
Andy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from Gustavus Adolphus College in Minnesota.
